Tolay's Many Eye's:

The owner of this wonder gains +1 Attack and Defense, +1 Attack and Defense cap, and +1 unit capacity. Additionally, at the start of every session there is a 5% chance for the owner to gain a Wondrous event. This chance is increased by 1% each time they destroy a unit in a war, and may be additionally increased by 10% by sacrificing pops. When this event occurs, the current chance is reduced by half, rounded up to the nearest 5%. One pop every session must be assigned to the Tolay's Chosen job in order for this job to function, this job does nothing other than increase stability loss chance by 25%, and consume an additional Food. All mech-ups based around reducing the military effectiveness of the owner of this wonder, or their vassals, has it's DC increased by 5. This wonder will not activate until (5/5) pops are sacrificed.
